Characteristics: NOBLE - HF is a medium coated air-hardening type electrode for hard-facing on Mild steel, Carbon steel and alloy steel with hardness of 500-690 BHN (Approx.) Suitable for machine parts subjected to abrasive wear.

Applications: NOBLE - HF is suitable for the welding of Crusher hammers, Cane cutting knives, Conveyor buckets, Drilling bits, Shears and croppers, Oil expellers, Mine rails, Caterpillar treads, Mixer blades, Dipper teeth, Muller ploughs etc.

Mild Steel Hardfacing Electrodes

Characteristics : NOBLE - MN is a basic coated hydrogen controlled hard facing electrode. It produces up to 14% Mn weld metal.

Applications:NOBLE - MN is highly suitable for the weld metal requires heavy impact and abrasion properties, like stone crusher jaws and hammer mineral grinder metals, bucket teeth and lips, rail crossing, Mn steel castings etc.
